Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: June 2026
Modern HR, Inc. is committed to ensuring that our website, modernhr.com, is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to improve the accessibility of our digital presence in conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Our Commitment
We believe that every person — regardless of ability — should be able to access information about our HR services, explore career opportunities, and engage with our content without barriers. As an organization that has championed people-first workplaces for more than 34 years, accessibility is not a feature; it is a fundamental standard we hold ourselves to.
Conformance Status
Modern HR, Inc. is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some content or functionality does not yet fully meet the standard. We have identified specific areas for improvement and have an active remediation plan in place.
A full Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT 2.4) for modernhr.com is available upon request. Please contact us using the details below.
Known Limitations and Remediation
The following known accessibility gaps are currently being addressed:
- reCAPTCHA form element: Google reCAPTCHA embeds a hidden form element without an accessible label. This is a known third-party limitation. We are implementing a technical mitigation and evaluating alternative CAPTCHA solutions.
- Color contrast: Full contrast ratio testing is in progress. Any identified failures will be remediated.
- Focus indicators: Keyboard focus visibility is being reviewed and enhanced across all interactive elements.
- Video content: Embedded video content (including our company overview video) is being reviewed for caption availability and audio description requirements.
We expect to complete the immediate remediation items by Q3 2026 and to conduct a full screen reader audit (NVDA / VoiceOver) as part of our ongoing compliance program.
