Your organization’s Human Resources Partnership begins by meeting with Modern HR’s Director of First Impressions, aka your Implementation Specialist. The initial executive meeting will afford your Implementation Specialist the opportunity to become well acquainted with you and your organization’s needs. They will review Modern HR’s attentive, client-focused implementation process, timelines, and important next steps to enhance your organization’s customized services. You and your team will work exclusively with the Implementation Specialist for the first 30 to 45 days to ensure a smooth transition. During this initial process, we will accomplish much together, including both the technological and human aspects essential to successful service implementation.
