Millennials are more concerned with a company’s authenticity than any previous generation of workers. Authenticity gets verified through sites like Glassdoor, so if you are lying about your company culture, this generation will find out and boycott you. Human resources should communicate how the company is interacting with and giving back to the community that houses it.

There is no use for a millennial to learn all of the new ways to increase efficiency if you set your company procedures in stone. Millennials, as a rule, will avoid this kind of company. Human resources must help the company cultivate the reputation for new innovations. Let your new employees use their training!
